UNC Ice hockey creative work

I started my time with UNC Hockey in 2023 as the Associate Director of Media, and have since taken on the role of Director of Media. These positions have allowed me to grow as a photographer, graphic designer, social media strategist, and leader. During my time with the team, we have garnered national media attention across several social media platforms, most notably for our jersey reveal for the 2023 Governor’s Cup, winning the 2023 Hockey House Pod 2023 Jersey of the Year Contest, playing against members of the Carolina Hurricanes Alumni Association, and launching a $25 million fundraising campaign to fund a new ice rink. I have loved my time in these roles and am beyond proud of the work me and my team have been able to create.

During my time with UNC Hockey I grew a lot as a person, leader, photographer, and more. I was given the opportunity to shoot at an NHL arena, capture images that thousands if not millions of people saw from our Jersey Reveal, and was even able to get an article published in the North State Journal preceding the 2023 Governor’s cup. I am so grateful to be able to say I was a part of this media team, and I can’t wait to see where I go next.
