MEJO 533: CRISIS COMMUNICATION

Crisis Communication, taught by VK Fields, focused on thinking on our feet and acting with grace and poise in the face of difficult situations and questions. Each team was assigned a client that was currently facing a crisis to research and “represent” during our final press conference at the end of the semester. My team was assigned to Amazon as they were facing their FTC lawsuit regarding Antitrust Laws as well as facing backlash about privacy and data concerns.
