Mejo 484: infographics

Infographics, taught by Terance Oliver, focused on the use of Adobe Illustrator to create enticing informational graphics. Professor Oliver also encouraged us to experiment with other mediums such as PhotoShop and non digital mediums including paint. One specific project brought the whole class together to create a magazine detailing homelessness in the Unite States and the struggles unhoused people deal with every day. I, along with my partner, Riley Bergamasco, won 2nd place for Alternative Story Format in the 2023 Society for News Design Annual Student Design Contest for our spread in the magazine.
